AllChinaBuy Tracking Guide: Parcel Status and Delays Explained

Understand AllChinaBuy tracking numbers, parcel statuses, carrier handoffs and the evidence to collect when tracking is not updating.

AT A GLANCE

Match the tracking number to the parcel and carrier. A label, a warehouse dispatch and a carrier acceptance are different events.

AllChinaBuy tracking becomes easier when the journey is divided into separate systems. The platform order record follows an item from purchase to the warehouse. The parcel record begins when selected warehouse items are packed for international shipping. The international carrier and a destination delivery company may then create their own tracking events and even different tracking numbers. Looking in only one system can make a normal handoff appear to be a missing parcel.

Tracking also moves in milestones rather than as a live map. Label creation, carrier collection, export departure, arrival, customs processing and last-mile delivery are distinct events, and some stages can be quiet for several days. This guide explains what the common statuses usually indicate, what they do not prove, and how to prepare a useful support request when an update is genuinely overdue.

01

Separate order status from parcel tracking

An AllChinaBuy product order and an international parcel are related but not identical records. Before parcel submission, an item can move through purchasing, seller dispatch, warehouse receipt, inspection and storage. Those events describe the product's journey inside the purchasing process. They do not mean an international carrier has collected it. If several items are ordered, each may reach the warehouse on a different date.

International tracking normally becomes relevant after the buyer selects warehouse items, chooses packing and a route, pays the parcel charge and the warehouse completes dispatch. Use the order identifier when discussing a seller or warehouse item. Use the parcel identifier when discussing packing and international transport. Using the correct reference prevents support from searching the wrong stage.

02

Know the numbers attached to the shipment

Save the platform parcel number, the external carrier tracking number and any destination-country number that appears later. The platform number is useful inside the AllChinaBuy account. The carrier number is what external tracking systems usually recognise. A Romanian delivery partner may assign a new number after the parcel enters its network, while the original international number remains visible as a reference.

Copy the numbers directly from the parcel record and check for confusing characters such as zero and the letter O. Do not assume an order number is a carrier number simply because both contain letters and digits. Keep the selected route name and dispatch date beside the numbers. That small record makes it much easier to identify which carrier should have the next event.

03

Label created does not mean collected

The first external event may show that shipping information was received or a label was created. This usually means the electronic record exists. It does not necessarily prove that the physical parcel has left the warehouse or entered a transport hub. Warehouses can prepare labels in batches, and a carrier may scan parcels only after collection or arrival at its facility.

Check the parcel record for a warehouse dispatch event and then allow the route's stated processing interval for the first physical scan. If a label remains the only event beyond that interval, record both dates before contacting support. Asking whether the parcel was handed to the carrier is more precise than reporting that tracking is broken.

04

Read export and line-haul events carefully

Events such as accepted, departed facility, handed to airline, line-haul departure or export clearance indicate movement through the origin network. The exact wording varies by carrier. A departure scan can represent departure from a local hub rather than departure from China, so use the location and the next event together instead of interpreting one phrase in isolation.

International consolidated transport often has fewer public scans than domestic courier delivery. A parcel can move between contracted partners or wait for capacity before the next visible milestone. Repeated generic events do not necessarily mean the parcel is circling the same building; some systems reuse translated status text when data is transferred between partners.

05

Customs status is a process, not a verdict

Arrival in the destination region does not mean customs processing is complete. A shipment may be presented for entry, await data, undergo assessment, be released and then wait for transfer to the last-mile carrier. Public tracking sometimes combines several of those steps under one customs label. A status that says customs clearance started is therefore not proof of a problem.

If the carrier or authority requests evidence, respond through the verified channel shown in the shipment record or official carrier site. Useful documents can include the product order, payment record, parcel contents and shipping information. Keep descriptions and values consistent with the actual transaction. Do not send identity or payment documents to an address found only in an unsolicited message; verify the request first.

06

Expect a handoff to the Romanian carrier

After customs release, the parcel may be transferred to a Romanian postal or courier network. The international carrier can show a handoff event before the local carrier completes its first scan. During that gap, one page may say delivered to local partner while the local page still says that it has not received the item. This is usually a data and physical-transfer delay, not final delivery to the recipient.

Look for a linked local tracking number in the route record or external carrier page. When no new number is displayed, the original number may begin working on the local carrier site later. Use only the carrier identified by the route or tracking history; trying the number on many unrelated tracking pages can produce guessed carrier names and confusing duplicate events.

07

Decide when a quiet period is unusual

There is no universal number of quiet days that proves a parcel is lost. The relevant comparison is the current route's normal processing information, the last meaningful scan and the stage where movement stopped. A pause before first collection is different from a pause after customs release. Weekends, public holidays, flight capacity and documentation checks can also affect the next event.

Treat an explicit exception differently from silence. Address problem, returned to sender, prohibited contents, customs information required and delivery failed are actionable messages. Follow the stated instruction and contact the identified party. For silence, wait within the route's published window, then ask for a carrier trace using the complete timeline rather than opening repeated vague requests.

08

Prepare a support request that can be investigated

A useful request contains the parcel number, carrier number, route, destination, dispatch date, last event, last event location and the number of days since that event. State what you need confirmed: physical collection, current carrier, customs document requirement, local tracking number or trace status. Include screenshots only when they show information not already visible in the record.

Avoid sending several messages with different descriptions of the same parcel. Keep one timeline and add new evidence to it. If the route has a documented inquiry period, mention that it has passed. If the parcel carries compensation or insurance conditions, preserve the purchase and parcel records before any claim deadline. Support can investigate faster when identity, stage and requested action are clear.

09

Protect delivery at the final stage

When the local carrier receives the parcel, check the delivery address, contact method and any pickup or rescheduling instruction through the carrier's official channel. A parcel can move quickly after the first local scan. If delivery fails, the time allowed for another attempt or collection can be shorter than the international journey that came before it.

Inspect the outer parcel when it arrives and photograph significant damage before opening. Compare the contents with the AllChinaBuy parcel record and keep packaging until the order is checked. Tracking proves movement and delivery events; it does not by itself prove the condition or completeness of the contents. Delivery evidence and warehouse records answer different questions.

10

A simple tracking routine

Check tracking at meaningful intervals rather than refreshing continuously. Save the initial dispatch record, review the next carrier milestone, note customs entry and identify the local handoff. If the status remains unchanged, compare the waiting time with the route's current information before escalating. This creates a clear sequence without turning ordinary scan gaps into emergencies.

The practical answer to AllChinaBuy tracking not updating is to identify the stage first. Confirm whether the item is still an order, already a warehouse parcel, electronically labelled, physically collected, in international transit, at customs or with the Romanian carrier. Once the stage is known, the correct number, responsible party and next action are usually much easier to determine.

RESEARCH NOTE

Research basis: AllChinaBuy's public service workflow and parcel-shipping context, combined with standard multi-carrier tracking and customs handoff principles. Checked September 7, 2026. Status wording, inquiry windows and carrier assignments vary by live route and should be confirmed in the current parcel record.
