AllChinaBuy Shoes Spreadsheet: EU Sizes and QC Checks

Compare AllChinaBuy shoe finds with EU size notes, measured fit evidence, focused QC photos and a Romania parcel checklist before ordering.

AT A GLANCE

Compare the listing’s measurement basis before choosing an EU size. Use QC photos for visible evidence and resolve fit uncertainty before packing.

An AllChinaBuy shoes spreadsheet is a starting list, not a sizing system. Two rows marked EU 42 can refer to different shapes, seller charts and versions of a shoe. Before a buyer in Romania commits to a pair, the useful work is to connect the exact listing and variant with measurements that mean something for their feet. Attractive photos and a familiar size label do not complete that connection.

This guide focuses on that decision: build a small shoe shortlist, compare size evidence, request useful QC views and decide what packaging needs to survive the journey. It does not rank sellers or authenticate branded products. The examples are illustrative comparisons, not measurements of the catalogue items. As checked on 6 October 2026, AllChinaBuy displayed a maintenance notice, so verify current access and ordering availability before acting on historical service descriptions.

01

Make a shortlist with evidence columns

Start with no more candidates than you can actually compare. For each pair, save the listing address, seller identity shown there, model description, chosen colour, size options, material claims and the date you checked them. Add a field for the exact variant price rather than copying the cheapest number displayed for the entire listing. An accessory, a different version or an unavailable size can otherwise distort the comparison.

Keep a separate column for unresolved questions. Missing size-chart units, inconsistent photographs or a description that changes between variants are reasons to investigate before ordering. A second row with the same photograph is not necessarily an independent alternative; inspect its destination and variant choices. The goal of a useful spreadsheet is to reduce uncertainty, not to collect the largest number of links.

02

Treat the EU label as a reference, not a measurement

Record your usual EU size and the model in which it fits, but compare the actual chart attached to the candidate listing. Establish whether a length refers to the foot, the removable insole, an interior measurement or the outsole. Those measurements answer different questions. An outsole can extend beyond usable interior space, and an insole measurement does not describe the shape of the toe area.

Use a consistent method when recording your own reference measurements, and note both feet rather than assuming they are identical. If a seller supplies measurement instructions, follow them and retain the units. Do not add an invented universal allowance or convert every Chinese size label through a generic chart. Where the listing does not explain its size basis, ask for clarification or choose a candidate with clearer evidence.

03

Compare fit using a pair you already understand

A familiar pair can be a useful comparison if you document what fits and what does not. Note the model, marked size, sock thickness normally worn and any tightness across the forefoot or heel movement. If its insole can be removed safely, a length and width record may help formulate a question. It still cannot prove that another shoe with the same insole length will have the same internal volume or shape.

For illustration, suppose two listings both offer EU 42, but one chart labels 27 centimetres as foot length and the other labels 27 centimetres as insole length. Treat those entries as incompatible until the measurement basis is clarified. Choosing the larger printed number does not resolve the ambiguity. A practical shortlist records the missing information explicitly instead of presenting a confident size recommendation from incomplete data.

04

Match the delivered pair before judging details

When warehouse images are available, begin with identity: the ordered model, colour, size and quantity. Check the labels on both shoes where visible. Then compare the left and right shoe in the same view for major differences in shape, colour, panel placement or supplied components. A close-up of one logo cannot establish that the complete pair matches the order.

Use the actual order record as the reference. A spreadsheet thumbnail may have been resized or may show a different colour from the selected option. If an image appears inconsistent, describe the exact mismatch and request a view that can resolve it. Do not turn a minor photographic shadow into a defect claim, and do not dismiss an obvious missing component because another detail looks convincing.

05

Request QC photos that answer one question each

Useful views can include the pair together, both sides, heels, soles, size labels and a close-up of a specific concern. Choose views to resolve your uncertainty rather than requesting a large photo set without a purpose. For a measurement, ask for the start and end points to be visible with the ruler in the same plane where possible. A tilted ruler or cropped zero point can make a number hard to interpret.

Photographs can support observations about visible condition and measurements shown in the frame. They cannot establish long-term sole adhesion, cushioning durability, waterproof performance, material chemistry or authenticity. If the purchase depends on one of those properties, look for appropriate evidence beyond ordinary warehouse photos. A clean-looking image is not a laboratory test or a brand-authorised authentication result.

06

Use a clear acceptance record

Write down which observations matter enough to change your decision. A wrong size label, a missing lace or a visible tear needs a different response from uncertainty about a colour under artificial light. Make your request factual: identify the item, describe the visible issue and specify the additional image or action you need. Save the original listing and current photos together so the comparison remains understandable later.

Resolve important uncertainties before approving international shipment when the platform allows that choice. Confirm the actual return or exchange conditions for your order rather than assuming all sellers offer the same window. Do not treat this guide as a promise of a free return, a particular inspection service or compensation. Those decisions depend on the seller, service and live terms associated with the purchase.

07

Decide about the shoe box before requesting a parcel quote

A box can matter for storage, presentation or protection, while also occupying space. Decide whether you need it intact, whether an alternative protective arrangement is acceptable and whether packaging removal would be irreversible. Tell the packing service what must be preserved. Removing a retail box should not mean removing all protection around the shoes or allowing hard accessories to rub against the upper.

Compare quotes using final packed dimensions and weight when available. A smaller box can change volumetric weight, but the effect depends on the route calculation and billing steps. Do not predict a fixed saving from box removal. For Romanian delivery, check route eligibility for the actual goods and address, and clarify what destination charges are included. Accurate descriptions remain necessary regardless of your preferred packaging.

08

Keep the result useful for your next purchase

At delivery, compare the pair with your saved warehouse images and check the contents before discarding the packaging. Record the actual fit in your own words: where it feels tight, whether your usual socks change the result and whether both shoes match expectations. This is your reference for a future decision, not proof that every pair from a seller is identical.

Update the shortlist with the purchase date, exact variant and the evidence that influenced your choice. Keep product price, shipping and destination charges in separate fields so a later comparison is meaningful. A strong AllChinaBuy sneakers spreadsheet grows more useful through specific, dated observations. Its value comes from helping you choose a verifiable pair and ask better questions, rather than promising a universal best shoe or perfect EU size conversion.
